Well, I managed to survive another year without hurting myself or losing any digits - so tis a good thing. TONS of stuff coming down the pipe with respect to GymSkinZ Inc. (www.gymskinz.com) and prepping for the California marathon in December. First stop, LA in a couple days to hang with all the great peeps of the LA Tri Club at their year end bash. A hectic couple weeks as I get my last bit of mileage in before the California marathon down in Sacramento on December 4th - immediately followed by our year-end blow out trip to Vegas. It's gonna be nutty! and you'll hear all about it - right here...
